Skill's and their potential. + question
Ok I would like to know the best way to use these skills I am about to list. Some of them kind of leave me confused but ill say why under each skill, but before that,
1) I already know there are better skills and that's why they are used. I wanna know what situations benefit from these though. When I ask about a monk elite please don't say just use WoH or something like that.
Monk skills.
[Scribe's Insight] Are there any situation's (besides a bonder build I saw for a rotscale HM vanquish guide) to use this? It seems as though using more signets to gain energy is backwards when you won't need as much energy with that amount of signets on your bar.
[Air of Enchantment] At first I thought it was awesome but when I really read it you have to cast this on the target first, not yourself. Is there an enchant heavy build that this would work with?
[Aura of Faith] I don't quite understand this one. Is it one where you call out a spike heal on vent and get everyone to cast at the same time? Or is it where you just cast it, then one or two more heals before it runs out?
Necromancer
[Cultist's Fervor] Which spells would you recommend with this? I'm guessing since you get pretty awesome energy management you won't need anything in soul reaping, so you could go blood/death or curses? I'm guessing something spam able would take advantage of this.
Also for a question, I am moving on to N shiverpeaks for vanquishing. For removing enchantments as a Me/X would you recommend Air of Disenchantment?

Air of enchantment smiters used to be a lot of fun when running thump-smite back in the day...

Your questions probably belong in campfire.

It's not a great skill. If you like to use [Divine Boon] you could get some mileage out of this skill along with [Signet of Devotion] and [Remedy signet] or [signet of rejuvenation] and some protection prayers skills.

People used to run builds with this skill and [zealot's fire], and then they'd spam [reversal of fortune]. Nerfs killed the build.

This skill buffs heals from the protection prayers line as well including [Spirit Bond], [Dismiss condition], and [Reversal of fortune] (not sure about the last one, been awhile since I've used this skill). Its long recharge make it useful only in areas without coordination and communication (e.g., AB). It's also handy for self-survival if you don't like taking other profession skills. Works well with [Dwayna's kiss] or as a follow-up to [patient spirit]

I wouldn't recommend using an elite enchantment removal. There are much better elites to choose from. [rip enchantment] will usually get the job done. If you're really concerned about removing multiple enchantments you can place [chilblains] or [gaze of contempt] on your own bar or a hero's.

Cultist's Fervor could if you are a Necro-primary, Ele-secondary, and want some attacking power? But at that stage, might as well use an elite ele-skill, or just an ele. The idea is nice, the bleeding isnt.

I remember Cultist Fervor being used to spam damage with Dark Aura, Shadow Walk, and a bunch of enchantments. Shadow Walk used to let the user cast enchantments but make them fail, so they triggered Dark Aura.Dark Aura with Mark of Protection let them spam with Cultist's Fervor while it's was up.This has been nerfed pretty much retiring this elite to the bone yard for now.
I did have an idea though looking at it but it would take some tuning to make it effective.
How about blood/curses [Cultist's Fervor] [Oppressive Gaze][Spinal Shivers] [Chilblains][Enfeebling Blood] [Plague Sending][Winter]
I dont know I would have to play with it a bit but I could see some ways to use it, the above is just a cluster of skills I see some synergy with, not a finished build.
Now with [Scribe's Insight]
I can see some use maybe as a monk/mesmer
[Scribe's Insight]maybe used in combo with assassin or mesmer signets
Im sure they could be used to make and effective build but I doubt it would be the best available.

As for [Martyr]
6 Monk Team, 1 Flagger, 1 Warrior (GvG)
Warrior uses Martyr, all monks use smite condition = epic spike damage.

Also note with AoF, the target takes less damage, this can be a nice skill to use when the enemy spikes, giving the target damage reduction, and making your other monks infuse stronger.
